Concerts
The Elysian Singers (Wetherby)
Under our Musical Director, Jonathan Power, we give a number of concerts each year, mainly in West and North Yorkshire.
Most of our concerts are given at the invitation of local groups, as part of their charitable fundraising activities. The expenses of running the choir are covered by members' subscriptions and modest charges made for our services.
Our next Diary Dates are:
2019
Saturday 21st September. We are taking part in the ‘Welcome to Wetherby’ event
as we did in 2018. This is a free event, just to let local groups
be heard, held in the Horsefair Centre, Wetherby.
We don't know what other groups will be taking part, but we
are performing from 2.15 to 3.00 pm.
Saturday 26th October. St Thomas a Becket Church, Hampsthwaite.
2020
Saturday 21st March. Wetherby Methodist Church.
